Bio
Chen was a QuICS doctoral student in Electrical & Computer Engineering, advised by Gorjan Alagic. He received his PhD from the University of Maryland in 2024. He is interested in post quantum cryptography algorithms and quantum machine learning. After QuICS, Chen continued on as a postdoc at Virginia Tech.
